Shipping policy
Orders placed with New High Glass Online Store customarily ship within 2-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, regardless of the shipping method. Orders received Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until Monday. Our cutoff time is 3pm, this allows our warehouse and shipping partners enough time to fulfill orders and pick up for delivery. All orders received after 3pm will be processed the next day.
Once your order is processed you will receive an email notification with tracking number. If you wish to change your order shipping location you will need to do so up to 24h after the order was placed. Please email sales@newhigh.com for any changes.
All orders ship from our Miami Warehouse.

Fedex and UPS DO NOT deliver packages on Saturday / Sunday.
Business days DO NOT include: Saturday, Sunday, New Years Day , Memorial Day , Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. We are CLOSED during these days, however, you may place orders on our website.
Q: How do you protect glass bottles from breaking in shipping?
All items are repacked into a new 275# test double wall corrugated box with protective packing material on all six sides. This process is expensive and labor intensive, but necessary to insure that your glass bottles will arrive without breakage or damage.
